BamBets Tournament Cancellation

1. General Rules

  • This Tournament Cancellation and Refund Policy applies alongside the platform’s Terms of Use and Card Room Rules.

  • In the event of any conflict between governing documents, precedence is applied in the following order:

  • This Policy applies equally to Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin tournaments.

  • If a tournament is canceled after gameplay has begun, finishing positions and prize awards are determined based on chip counts at the time of cancellation.

  • The player holding the largest chip stack at the time of cancellation is awarded first place and the corresponding prize.

  • The player holding the second-largest chip stack is awarded second place and the corresponding prize.

  • Finishing positions continue to be assigned in descending order of chip stacks until all established prize positions are filled.

  • Prize allocations are based on the prize structure confirmed at the close of the registration period.

  • If a guaranteed tournament is canceled after it has started, only the player-funded prize pool is distributed.

  • Guaranteed prize amounts that exceed the contributed prize pool are not applied once the tournament has commenced.

  • In Bounty or Knockout tournaments canceled after gameplay begins:

    • The remaining standard prize pool is distributed based on chip stack rankings at the time of cancellation.

    • Players still active in the tournament retain all bounties they earned prior to cancellation.

    • Any active player’s unclaimed bounty is returned to that player.

  • Eliminated players are not entitled to refunds or prize distributions under any circumstances.
