BamBets Sweepstakes Official Rules

These Official Rules govern your participation in BamBets sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By creating an account and participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and our Terms of Use, which include a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver.

1. Sponsor

BamBets (“Sponsor”) is the sole sponsor and administrator of the Sweepstakes.
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not involved in any way.

2. Eligibility

  • Open only to legal residents of the United States excluding states where sweepstakes poker is prohibited (currently: Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, Washington, West Virginia, and any other jurisdiction where restricted by law).

  • Must be 18 years or older at time of entry.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family of Sponsor and its partners are not eligible.

Participation is void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Each Sweepstakes runs from 12:00 AM EST on the first day of each calendar month until 11:59 PM EST on the last day of the same month. Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants can collect Sweeps Coins (free sweepstakes entries) through these methods:

A) Free with Purchase (Bonus Method)
When you purchase BamTokens (non-redeemable virtual currency for entertainment play), you may receive free bonus Sweeps Coins.

B) Free Daily Login Bonus
Log in daily and claim free Sweeps Coins from the lobby or account dashboard.

C) Free Social Giveaways
Participate in social media promotions where no purchase is required.

D) Free Mail Request
Request free Sweeps Coins by mailing a legible handwritten request with your name, account email, and the phrase:

“I wish to receive free Sweeps Coins and agree to BamBets’ Terms of Use and Sweepstakes Rules.”

Limit: one mail request per envelope. Each valid mail request receives a stated amount of Sweeps Coins. Sponsor may require account verification to process requests.

5. How to Play & Win

  • Sweeps Coins can be used to play sweepstakes poker games on BamBets.

  • Playing may earn additional Sweeps Coins.

  • Accumulated Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for cash prizes, subject to identity and eligibility verification.

6. Prizes & Redemption

  • Prizes are paid in U.S. dollars via approved payout methods.

  • Minimum and maximum redemption amounts may apply (details on the Platform).

  • Prize redemptions may take up to 30 days to process after successful verification.

  • Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes.

7. Verification

Potential winners must:

  • Complete identity (KYC) verification, which may include photo ID, proof of address, and SSN.

  • Be the authorized account holder of the email address used for entry.

Failure to comply may result in disqualification and forfeiture.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the game selected, the amount played, and player skill. Exact odds for each game are available on the Platform before you play.

9. Release & Limitations

By participating, you agree to release BamBets, its partners, affiliates, and agents from any claims or damages arising out of participation or prize use.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, fraud, or other issues that may affect operation. Sponsor may cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or other factors compromise fairness.

10. Publicity

By accepting a prize, you consent to BamBets using your name, avatar, and win details for promotional purposes without further payment, unless prohibited by law.

11. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Delaware (or your chosen jurisdiction). Any disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class action. See the Terms of Use for full details.

12. Winners List

For a list of winners, email support@bambets.us with the subject line “Winners List Request” and specify the month and year requested.

13. Privacy

Your participation is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
