BamBets (“BamBets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and responsible social gaming environment. Our goal is to deliver a fun, social, and rewarding experience, while ensuring players have the tools and information necessary to stay in full control of their gameplay.
Use of BamBets constitutes acceptance of this Responsible Gameplay Policy.
1. PLAYER CONTROLS & SAFETY TOOLS
1.1 Purchase Limits

Limit Types: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly purchase limits.
Weekly limits run Monday–Sunday.
Monthly limits run 1st–End of Month.

Requests to decrease limits take effect immediately.
Requests to increase limits during an active limit period will be denied until that period expires.

Default Purchase Limits:
Unverified Accounts: $2,000 monthly
Verified Accounts: $10,000 monthly
1.2 Self-Exclusion (“Take a Break”)
Players may block access to their account for a chosen period.

Communication: BamBets will not send promotional emails or communications during the exclusion period.
Activation: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion directly on BamBets.us.
Permanent Exclusion: Requires verification by the BamBets Support team.
1.3 Daily Play-Time Limits
Players can restrict the amount of time they can spend playing each day.
Mechanism: Once the limit is reached, the player is automatically logged out and cannot access the account again until the next day.
Active Games: If a player hits their limit while in a tournament or ring game, their account will be placed into "Sit Out," then logged out.
1.4 Funding & Wealth Checks
To maintain a safe and compliant environment, we conduct the following checks:
Source of Wealth Checks: Used to determine whether Gold Coin purchases appear proportionate to a player’s financial situation. Conducted at the discretion of our Risk & Payments team.
Source of Funds Checks: Used to confirm that funds used to purchase Gold Coins originate from legitimate sources and are not connected to unlawful activity.
Note: BamBets may request documentation and may restrict activity until the review is complete.
2. PLAYER PROTECTION POLICY
2.1 Protection of Vulnerable Players
Players should only participate if gameplay is personally responsible and suitable. BamBets does not recommend playing if you:
Are being treated or are in recovery for addiction.
Are under the influence of alcohol or substances.
Are facing financial difficulties.
Are experiencing a traumatic or highly stressful event.
Do not understand how the games work.
Have cognitive impairment or mental health conditions affecting judgment.
2.2 Protection of Minors
BamBets strictly prohibits underage play. Verification checks may be required. To prevent access by minors, we recommend the following parental control tools:
NetNanny.com
Cybersitter.com
Security Tip: Do not share passwords or leave logged-in devices accessible to minors.
3. TRACKING & MANAGING YOUR PLAY
3.1 General Guidelines
Online and mobile gameplay should remain fun and controlled. We encourage all players to:
Keep it fun: Gameplay is entertainment, not a source of income or escape.
Spend within your means: Set a personal budget. Never purchase Gold Coins you cannot comfortably afford.
Use alternative entry options: You may always play with Gold Coins for free or participate using Sweeps Coins through the Alternative Methods of Entry (AMOE) outlined in the BamBets Sweepstakes Rules.
Monitor your time: Don’t let gameplay interfere with responsibilities, relationships, work, or health.
Use our tools: Set limits, self-exclude, or take a break whenever needed.
Seek help if concerned: See Section 5 for assessment and support resources.
4. SELF-ASSESSMENT
If you believe your gameplay, or someone else’s, might be becoming difficult to control, consider completing a self-assessment questionnaire such as those available through gaming-related support organizations (see Section 5 below).
5. SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS
If gameplay is negatively affecting mental health, finances, or relationships, consider contacting:
5.1 Counseling
Gaming Addicts Anonymous (GAA): Peer-support for individuals struggling with excessive gaming.
5.2 Credit Counseling
Financial Counseling Association of America (FCAA): Offers financial counseling and debt-management guidance.
National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC): Long-established nonprofit assisting with debt and financial stability.
Note: These organizations are independent and not affiliated with BamBets. They cannot assist with gameplay disputes. For account issues, contact support@bambets.us.
6. EDUCATION ON RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL GAMEPLAY
6.1 Principles of Gameplay
Randomness: Outcomes are random and cannot be predicted.
RTP (Return to Player): Represents average return over long-term gameplay. Example: 95% RTP means a 5% operator advantage.
House Advantage: All casino-type games include a built-in operator advantage.
6.2 Common Misconceptions
"I’m due for a win" Fact: You’re not. Results are random.
"My rituals or lucky charms help me win" Fact: They don’t.
"Playing longer increases my chance to win" Fact: Time spent doesn't matter.
6.3 Safe Gameplay Tips
Avoid playing while upset or emotional.
Take breaks regularly.
Do not play while intoxicated.
Treat gameplay as entertainment only.
Purchase only what you can comfortably afford.
Set time and budget limits.
Understand the rules before playing.
Do not let gameplay affect work, relationships, health, or commitments.

Family: Missing events; tension at home; withdrawal from family members.
Employment: Missing work; reduced performance; job loss.
